Responsibilities:

As our LCSW extraordinaire, you'll be taking charge of providing top-notch psychotherapy services to individuals with a wide range of mental health concerns. Here's a sneak peek into your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Start off by conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and developing treatment plans based on established best practices and solution-based interventions. You've got this!
  • Utilize your expertise in administering various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities, tailoring them to meet your clients' unique needs and preferences.
  • Keep those accurate and timely clinical records in check, making sure you're in full compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations and standards. Dot those I's and cross those T's!
  • Collaborate and work your magic with other members of our exceptional treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals. Teamwork makes the dream work!
  • We're big on continuous improvement, so participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care is a must.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in Social Work or related field.
  • Active state licensure as an LCSW, or equivalent.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and addressing a range of mental health concerns.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
