Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Needed

Job Setting:
- 100% Remote: work from anywhere in the USA.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns and develop treatment plans.
- Provide individual therapy to clients using evidence-based modalities tailored to their unique needs.
- Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor progress throughout treatment.
- Offer teletherapy options to clients who prefer virtual sessions or face accessibility challenges.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation to meet ethical and regulatory standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical skills and stay up-to-date with emerging practices.
Qualifications:
To qualify as a Mental Health Counselor to provide counseling services, the individual must have the designated clinical experience and:
- Must have a Master’s degree or higher in Social Work
- Must have one of the following current state licenses by the state board(s):
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- No disciplinary actions.
- Must have exceptional interpersonal skills and sympathetic nature.
- Must be computer literate
- Must have stable Wi-Fi.

Compensation and Benefits:
- $115,000-$130,000 per year, based on caseload.
