Seeking for Full Time/Part Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker Needed at Atrium Health and Wellness Center

Atrium Health and Wellness Center is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs.
  • Provide counseling and support to individuals and families facing various challenges.
  • Provide individual and group counseling, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Develop and implement service plans that address clients' goals and objectives.
  • Advocate for clients' rights, access to resources, and social justice issues.
  • Contribute to program development, evaluation, and grant reporting.
  • Collaborate with community organizations, government agencies, and volunteers to enhance services.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and community outreach activities.

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in social work from an accredited program.

- Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

- Experience in a nonprofit organization or similar setting is preferred.

- Knowledge of social justice, advocacy, trauma-informed care, and community resources.

- Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.

Salary:

$115,000-130,000 per year.
