We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mental Health Counselor (Fully Licensed Clinical Social Worker) to join our team. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals struggling with mental health issues.

Job Overview: You will provide counseling and therapeutic services to clients in a supportive and compassionate manner. You will work with clients to develop treatment plans, provide individual and group therapy sessions, and collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure the best possible care for clients.

Salary

$155,000 - $130,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care for clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
  • Stay current on best practices and developments in the field of mental health counseling

Requirements:

  • Fully Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in counseling
  • Strong understanding of mental health issues and treatment modalities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care

Compensation and Benefits:
