Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Needed

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team for coordinated care.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans using best practices and solution-based interventions.
  • Administer therapeutic interventions (CBT, DBT, etc.) tailored to substance abuse recovery.
  • Stay updated on research and integrate it into practice.
  • Manage caseload, meet treatment goals, and uphold ethical standards.
  • Educate patients and families on mental health and substance abuse resources.
  • Provide psychotherapy to individuals with mental health concerns in substance abuse treatment.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Valid LCSW license in the state.
  • Knowledge of solution-based interventions.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience, focusing on substance abuse therapy.
