Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) needed

Our organization is a frontrunner in offering behavioral health services for adolescents and young adults with the goal of improving the mental health of both people and communities. In order to assist our customers in overcoming obstacles and realizing their goals, we are dedicated to providing caring and efficient therapy.

Full-time positions available.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of behavioral health.
• Additional tasks will be added
• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients to address a variety of behavioral health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a therapist in the state of California.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.
• Master's in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.

Education:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or Other Related Mental Health discipline

Licenses Required:

• Must be independently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Pay and Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $80,000 to $122,000 per year for FULL TIME
