Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) needed
We've made it our mission to close the gap and discover creative solutions to remove the obstacles that the mental health business faces on behalf of the communities we serve. Our intention is to free up therapists to do what they love, which is to assist and care for clients!
Full-time positions available.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct clinical services (in-person or virtual) to clients (individuals, couples, families, groups) utilizing evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, etc. to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Be of diverse identities, cultures, experiences
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
- Complete a required minimum of 25 client-facing visits weekly on full-time basis for better work-life balance
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
- Participate in community outreach and networking efforts to build relationships
- Respond to communications and requests from Clinical Director in a reasonable & professional time frame
- Other stuff may add to your responsibilities.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Required experience with completing documentation, including initial assessments, SMART treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
Education:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or Other Related Mental Health discipline
Licenses Required:
- Must be independently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Pay and Benefits:
- Competitive salary:$120,000 to $130,000 per year for FULL TIME
