Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) needed
We concentrate a high importance on accessibility by connecting people with licensed therapists that provide a number of therapy choices, including telemedicine and in-person sessions. Offers adults, kids, and families with emotional and/or social problems supervised clinical social work services utilizing proven psychotherapy approaches in both inpatient and outpatient settings; collaborates and consults with other medical experts as well as the patient's family.
Full-time positions available.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Centralized Intake, school site contacts, and other clinical supervisors to monitor intern caseloads, assignments and address concerns as they arise.
- Participate in ongoing audit and QA/QI of documentation and client records as well as other requirements to ensure compliance with agency policies and funding requirements
- Attend program and agency meetings and training if required.
- Complete programmatic and other reports as requested by Director
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into client’s AWARDS electronic health record system.
- Provide clinical consultation in person and via phone in crisis and non-crisis situations
- Ensure that site is neat and tidy and report all maintenance or safety issues to manager or Facilities Manager immediately.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Participate in the implementation and monitoring of all clinical program objectives, service delivery requirements, standards, policies, procedures and practices.
- Provides psychotherapy services to clients as needed
- Ensure client files are maintained in compliance.
- Manages intern recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding process in alignment with agency goals
- Plans, promotes, attends and coordinates recruitment events for interns and trainees
- Ensure interns and trainees complete all required documentation for their university and for BWC
- Facilitate training and workshops (for interns and universities). Ensure compliance with ever changing federal, state and county policies, procedures and requirements.
- Maintain audit compliant, complete and accurate records for each intern
- Participate in intern performance evaluation, acknowledgement, retention and corrective action process and prepare documentation as required
- Participate in monitoring intern caseloads and assignments to support programmatic outcomes
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or Other Related Mental Health discipline
Licenses Required:
- Must be independently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Others:
- Reliable Internet connection.
- Currently residing in the US.
- Must be licensed in California
- Must be able to provide telehealth
