Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

We are looking for an empathetic and supportive Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a genuine desire to help and improve the lives of others. As an LCSW, you will help our senior clients cope with difficulties in life through psychotherapy. You should listen and understand your clients needs to help provide the right assistance and resources while managing several cases at once.

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat various mental health condition
  • Conduct therapy sessions with clients
  • Develop a treatment plan customized based on each client's needs
  • Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
  • Complete session notes promptly

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical social work, preferably in a mental health setting
  • Experience in diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning
  • Proficient in conducting individual and group therapy sessions
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
