Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)- Remote

Offers a multiple disciplinary approach to mental healthcare, including therapy, coaching, support groups, medication management and self-care resources. Available via virtual visits that make mental wellness easy and accessible. Our mission is to deliver mental health services in a way that’s easier and more human for everyone involved.

Salary: $100,000 to $105,000

Job Type: Full-time, Remote

Responsibilities:

• Asking questions and listening to help clients explore their thoughts and feelings.
• Counseling clients on issues of importance to them.
• Provide comprehensive clinical case management and appropriate therapeutic services for assigned clients.
• Assessing clients’ emotional and mental health needs, diagnosing and creating treatment plans to meet goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in (LCSW)
• 2 years of practice as an LCSW
• No disciplinary action.
• Must be able to provide telehealth
• Experience in an outpatient community mental health setting
• Extensive knowledge of mental health conditions and best practices for therapeutic treatment.
