Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Assuring patient safety, offering milieu treatments, directing psychoeducational and process-oriented therapy groups, conducting clinical evaluations, leading therapy sessions, and doing other case management duties as delegated are all part of the duties of a therapist.

Flexible, Full-time positions available.

Responsibilities:

• May provide additional clinical support for other members of the clinical team in their absence. 
• Communicates with the Utilization Review Department and Business Department regarding authorization and payment. 
• Begins discharge planning on the day of admission for all patients. 
• Completes discharge sessions with patients to ensure coping skills, transition plan, and resources are understood and intact. 
• Ensures discharge appointments are confirmed with patients and loved ones prior to discharge. 

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Active Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner

Pay and Benefits:

• Salary range of $120,000 to $130,000per year, based on caseload.
