Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
In addition to directing psychoeducational and process-oriented therapy groups, conducting therapy sessions, conducting clinical assessments, and assuring patient safety, therapists are also responsible for various case management duties as delegated.
Flexible, Full-time positions available.
Responsibilities:
- Communicates with the Utilization Review Department and Business Department regarding authorization and payment.
- Begins discharge planning on the day of admission for all patients.
- Completes discharge sessions with patients to ensure coping skills, transition plan, and resources are understood and intact.
- Ensures discharge appointments are confirmed with patients and loved ones prior to discharge.
- Communicates with referral sources and outpatient providers for continuity of care upon admission, midpoint, and discharge.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Active Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
Pay and Benefits:
- Salary range of $120,000 to $130,000per year, based on caseload.
