Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)-Remote

We are looking for experienced therapists who will provide compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental care to our members. Your primary responsibility will be conducting counseling therapy sessions via telehealth. The ideal candidate is adaptive to change and proactive in providing feedback to the management team on areas for improvement.

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000

Job Type: Full-time, Remote

Responsibilities:

  • See patients for care via telemedicine using the technology platform provided by the practice
  • Create comprehensive patient assessments & aid in treatment planning
  • Complete documentation in compliance with clinical and state requirements
  • Provide excellent, personalized patient care aimed at addressing individual patient concerns

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in (LCSW)
  • Active license issued by the State of California (LCSW)
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Must be comfortable using computers and video-conferencing software; previous telemedicine experience is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
