Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide mental health services. This role demands a professional who is prepared to work in a challenging yet rewarding environment, offering mental health support and counseling.

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain diligent and confidential patient records in compliance with legal, ethical, and facility standards.
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment strategies and patient progress.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW) from an accredited institution.
• Valid LCSW license in California.
• Proven experience as a LCSW minimum of 2 Years
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Resilient and effective in high-pressure and challenging environments
