Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our medical clinic team. As an LCSW, you will play a vital role in providing holistic and patient-centered care by addressing the psychological, emotional, and social aspects of our patients' health. You will collaborate with medical professionals to enhance patient outcomes and contribute to a collaborative and supportive healthcare environment.

Salary: $90,000 to $100,000

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct therapy sessions with individuals, families, or groups
  • Perform crisis management interventions when necessary
  • Complete progress notes and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Complete intake assessments for new clients
  • Collect and analyze data related to patient progress and treatment outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Active license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.
  • Proven experience as a LCSW minimum of 2 Years.
  • Experience working with adults and adolescents in a mental health setting
  • Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and crisis management protocols
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
