Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California!
Looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our behavioral health team to provide holistic trauma-informed treatment including case management, individual and group therapy and care coordination. This position will also be responsible for a combination of triage/screening, assessment, outpatient treatment, supervisory activities and adherence to administrative and compliance standards.
Salary: $120,000 to $130,000
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Assesses patient's needs, abilities and behavior using a variety of methods including interviews and direct observation of behavior
- Offers treatment modalities for difficulties relating to mental health problems such as: anxiety, depression, end-of-life issues, addictions, coping with chronic or acute pain or injury, social and inter-personal concerns, and challenging behaviors
- Provides consultation to other professionals, encourages compassionate care integrated with psychological perspectives of treatment
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulations
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW) or a related field
- Active LCSW licensure, and good standing in State of California
- Minimum of 2 Years experience in a clinical setting with knowledge of Social Work
- Prior experience working with people with psychiatric disabilities
- Strong customer service background, preferably in health care environment
