We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote group private practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional mental health care through virtual channels. This position offers the flexibility to work from any location in California, providing counseling services to clients remotely.
Salary: $120,000 to $130,000

Job Type: Full-time, Remote

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with individuals seeking mental health support.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, responsive care for clients.
• Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all client interactions.

Requirements:

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work (LCSW) or a related field.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Preferably 2 years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy.
• Must be able to provide telehealth
• Private office and dependable internet access
• Experience treating patients with Anxiety Disorders, Depressive Disorders, PTSD, and other mental health conditions
