Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Salary: $120,000 - $130,000

Job Description:

Our health team is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to deliver holistic, trauma-informed care. The role includes case management, individual and group therapy, and care coordination, with additional responsibilities in, assessment, outpatient treatment, supervision, and ensuring compliance with administrative guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patient needs, skills, and behaviors using interviews and direct observation.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions for mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, end-of-life matters, addiction, chronic or acute pain, social issues, and complex behaviors.
  • Consult with other professionals, promoting empathetic care integrated with psychological treatment approaches.
  • Ensure accurate medical record-keeping in line with regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must have Master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW)
  • Active California state license (LCSW).
  • Understanding and experience working with adult population with severe mental illness.
  • 2-3 Years Experience working within a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
