At The Forge Recovery Center, we are dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to individuals struggling with mental health disorders or dual diagnosis. Client Support

• Based on the assessments, you will develop individualized treatment plans that may include a combination of individual and group therapy, and other evidence-based practices
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions aimed at overcoming dependencies and promoting positive change
• Develop realistic treatment goals with clients in accordance with ethical and legal protocols

Record Keeping

• Conduct thorough client assessments and maintain detailed progress notes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment plans, ensuring that they are compliant with state and federal regulations.
• Work closely with clinical director on chart audits and signing off on individual and group notes.

Teamwork

• Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders
• Collaborate with team members in staff meetings and clinical supervision sessions.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at improving the overall quality of care provided to clients.
• Work closely with clinical and program director and other clinical professionals, such as psychiatrists, nurses to coordinate care and ensure that patients receive comprehensive treatment.

Requirments:

• Masters degree from an accredited school in Social Work, or related field.
• LCSW are welcome to apply
• 2- 3 years Experience in Social Work, Substance Use or Mental Health Centers
• Direct clinical, case management experience and knowledge regarding mental health
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office and KIPU Systems Client Management Software)
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal skills
