Telehealth Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Salary Range: $120,000 to $130,000 per year

About the Role:

Synchronous Health is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide telehealth services to individuals receiving comprehensive treatment for various behavioral health conditions. Our innovative approach matches clinicians with participants based on personality and expertise. Our treatment programs cover primary diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, substance dependencies, trauma, and co-occurring behavioral health conditions. Sessions are conducted securely via video, and scheduling and documentation are managed through a secure web platform. We use a proprietary chat-bot to extend therapeutic support precisely when participants need it most.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work
• Active California Licensed: LCSW
• Diverse Treatment Experience: 2 year Experience with treating various conditions and disorders within a comprehensive treatment plan, with an interdisciplinary team (Experience with adolescents aged 8+ is a significant plus).
• Informed on Telehealth Policies: Familiarity with state telehealth regulations.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology and conducting virtual sessions.
• Build Virtual Therapeutic Relationships: Capability to establish meaningful connections in a virtual environment.
• Professional Virtual Presence: Present yourself professionally in the virtual setting.
• Clinical Expertise: Strong ability to identify markers for the appropriate level of care to meet patient needs.
• Tech Integration: Ability to utilize technology for administrative and clinical support (e.g., scheduling, notes, chat, web-based or app-based interventions).
• Remote Work: Ability to work remotely from a secure, private location (outpatient office or home office are acceptable; coffee shops are not acceptable).
• Equipment: Access to a smartphone, laptop, and a reliable internet connection.
