Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 yearly

Job Summary:

We seek a compassionate and qualified Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping people overcome personal challenges and improve their emotional well-being. You will work with clients to identify their mental health needs, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing counseling and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide counseling and support to clients with a range of mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction.
  • Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, including suicide prevention and risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors, to coordinate client care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and comply with all legal and ethical standards of practice.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest research and treatment methods.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work or a closely related field
  • Active PA License to practice mental health counseling independently
  • 2 years experience working with diverse populations and individuals with mental health issues
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment methods and modalities
