Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: Pennsylvania

Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 yearly

Job Description:

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical services to patients in an in-person, office-based environment. This position is within our Refresh Mental Health (RMH) organization, which provides a variety of behavioral and mental health treatments, including individual and group therapy, medication management, and intensive outpatient programs

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling to clients according to individualized treatment plans; complete triage and crisis appointments as needed
  • Assess and provide case management services and attend to any referral clients
  • Utilize an array of treatment approaches to meet individual or group needs (i.e. cognitive behavioral therapy, relaxation training, and motivational interviewing)
  • Work within a collaborative team approach as a community mental health center across the University to participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case consultation meetings, and case coordination meetings with clinical or medical staff
  • Develop, plan, and deliver outreach activities pertaining to wellness initiatives

Education and Position Requirements:

  • Masters’ degree in Social Worker.
  • Active PA License in Social Work.
  • 3-5 years experience working in Behavior Health field.
  • Experience using trauma-informed and social justice framework.
  • Proficiency in knowledge of office management, use of computer, software packages, and office machines
