Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various counseling techniques and a passion for helping individuals overcome mental health challenges.

Job Duties:

• Conduct individual or group therapy sessions
• Provide care for patients with a range of mental health problems
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately
• Facilitates case collaboration as needed.
• Maintains clinical documentation in a timely manner as required.

Job Experience:

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Active and Current License in Pennsylvania. (LCSW)
• 2-3 years experience in this field.
• Experience in outpatient mental health settings
• Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping

Job Skills:

• Motivational interviewing training a plus
• Specialty with children and/or teens a plus
• Crisis intervention proficiency
• Medical documentation skills
• Outpatient therapy background a plus
• Gender issues counseling experience a plus
