Salary: $120,000 to $130,000

Overview:

We are currently looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team at our growing mental health and addiction medicine practice in California. This is a wonderful opportunity for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Job Duties:

• Diagnosing patient mental and emotional disorders
• Working and counseling groups, communities, and individual patients
• Evaluating patient through conversations, interviews, and observations to determine correct testing or examination
• Developing a treatment plan that may include counseling, medication, or other services
• Setting patient goals and discussing a treatment plan
• Encouraging, supporting, and listening to patients
• Helping patients discuss experiences and emotions
• Assisting patients through difficult life changes and challenges

Job Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work.
• Must have Active licensed in the state of CA
• Minimum of 2 year of experience in mental health
• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals across various age groups and behavioral health conditions
• Work in an outpatient setting on a full-time basis
• Perform all duties in an outpatient capacity
