Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000

Job description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide social work services on an as-Services will be provided in various settings including inpatient, outpatient, and outreach contexts. The role requires flexibility to work at multiple locations within our network.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify people and communities in need of help
  • Assess clients’ needs, situations, strengths, and support networks to determine their goals
  • Help clients adjust to changes and challenges in their lives, such as illness, divorce, or unemployment
  • Research, refer, and advocate for community resources, such as food stamps, childcare, and healthcare, to assist and improve a client’s well-being
  • Respond to crisis situations such as child abuse and mental health emergencies
  • Monitor clients' situations, and follow up to ensure that they have improved

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
  • License: Valid LCSW license
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing mental health services, preferably in a health-related setting. Must have Experience working with Veterans.
  • Extensive knowledge of mental health conditions and best practices for psychological treatment
  • Well-developed listening and interview skills to explore patient needs and administer treatment plans
  • Strong verbal communication skills to counsel and advise patients

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication, typing, and filing skills.
  • Ability to interpret and apply policies and guidelines effectively.
