Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Salary Range: $90,000 to $100,000

Job Overview:

Social Workers will help patients understand their rights and responsibilities, and guide them in managing the physical, mental, emotional health. Responsibilities include assessing, educating, and collaborating with patients on care planning.

Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling services to individuals, families, or groups to address social and emotional needs.
• Conduct crisis interventions and manage situations requiring immediate attention.
• Utilize expertise in addiction counseling to support clients in overcoming substance abuse challenges.
• Implement behavioral health strategies to promote positive mental well-being.
• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to inspire and guide clients towards positive change.
• Supervise and mentor individuals, offering support and guidance in various areas of need.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania
• At least 2-3 years Experience in crisis intervention and addiction counseling
• Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques
• Strong background in behavioral health and crisis management
• Supervisory experience in a related field
• Familiarity with child welfare systems and workforce development initiatives
