Job Type: Full-time, Remote

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000

You will serve as a resource to providers, patients, care coordinators, and performs complex. Responsibilities:

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Requirements:

  • A Master's Degree (MA) with 2-3+ years of related experience
  • Certificates, license and registrations required: LCSW
  • Coaching skills to help patients make positive changes
  • Organization skills to maintain up-to-date, easy-to-navigate patient files
  • Well-developed listening and interview skills to explore patient needs and administer treatment plans
  • Strong verbal communication skills to counsel patients
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective treatment plans
