Salary: $120,000 to $130,000

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. We are a comprehensive behavioral health solution that works with a network of licensed clinicians to deliver high-quality care to individuals, couples, and families.

Responsibilities:

• You will handle reports and progress notes of assigned clients following required deadlines and ensure all aspects of files are complete, current, and in accordance with auditing, payer standards, and regulations.
• You will help clients develop and implement aftercare plans.
• You will take part in scheduled staff meetings, in-service gatherings, Quality Assurance audits, and supervision with Program psychiatrist and Clinical Supervisor as directed.
• You will maintain a positive, professional relationship with all linkage and referral agencies.
• Provide mental health services including intake, crisis intervention, individual and potential group counseling.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Services
• At least 2 years of experience in this field
• Current and active BBS number (LCSW)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to create a calming and supportive therapeutic environment.
