Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide mental health services. We specialize in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and more. Our clinic offers evidence-based therapies and personalized care to support our clients' well-being.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather information about clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Provide evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused therapy.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including goals and interventions.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Proven experience as a LCSW minimum of 2 Years
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills.
