Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 yearly

Job Description:

We specialize in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and more. Our clinic offers evidence-based therapies and personalized care to support our clients' well-being. You will provide therapeutic interventions, facilitate healing, and promote resilience among our diverse clientele.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.
  • Offer crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including goals and interventions.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills.
