Looking for full time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

The Wellness & Insight Therapies Center will provide comprehensive outpatient behavioral health care to a variety of persons using the established standards of care within their scope of knowledge and practice.

Salary : $90,000 - $100,000

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Assess need for additional services with the clinical team to determine appropriateness of recommendations. Refers patients to other levels of care, community based self-help programs for recovery or other community social or human services as needed.
  • Collaborate with leadership to complete annual training needs assessment per program guidelines.
  • Alert management of issues by meeting regularly with director to review cases, reviewing clinical problems with director, and reviewing any staff problems with director.
  • Direct and assign daily work of all behavioral health therapists, performing annual performance reviews and enforcing unit and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Maintain daily records of clinical productivity in the program as instructed.
  • Participate in the quality assurance and performance improvement activities of the program.
  • Five years of clinical experience diagnosing and treating behavioral and psychiatric conditions required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum - master’s degree in social work – Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.
  • Working in a medical setting such as primary or specialty care preferred. Must be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, social service providers, and consumers.
  • This position requires travel to, but not limited to, all CHDC sites, including meetings, off-site retreats, conferences, workshops, and outreach functions.
