Looking for a Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide direct support to clients in need of behavioral health services, with a focus on child and family counseling. The Social Worker will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing their knowledge of crisis management, cognitive behavioral therapy, and medical terminology to address a range of behavioral health issues.
SALARY
$120,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES

The Social Worker will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing their knowledge of crisis management, cognitive behavioral therapy, and medical terminology to address a range of behavioral health issues.
SALARY
$120,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Your primary responsibility is to support patients with compassionate care.
- Conduct assessments and provide individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities.
- Develop and implement behavioral interventions using evidence-based practices.
- Provide crisis intervention and management services to clients in need of immediate support.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including pediatricians, to address the behavioral health needs of clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment plans.
- Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from accredited program.
- Current licensure as LCSW or equivalent in the state.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children, families, and individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Proficiency in crisis management and cognitive behavioral therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
