This is a remote position.
Salary Range:
- $90,000 - $100,000 per year and benefits
- Provide counseling and therapy sessions to clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate client records.
- See patients for care via telemedicine using the technology platform provided by the practice.
- Provide ongoing care for people with a mental health diagnosis and/or drug and alcohol use disorder
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing family relationship problems, destructive patterns of behavior, and other personal issues.
- Assess and diagnose mental health disorders
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive mental health services.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state.
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in counseling services.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build strong, meaningful relationships
