Work Schedule: MONDAY - FRIDAY (9:00AM-5:00PM)
Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 with full benefits
Basic Functions and Responsibilities:
As a Licensed Therapist, you'll provide therapy services to clients of all ages and backgrounds to do the following:
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to patients with diverse needs, including those with autism, using evidence-based practices and techniques such as motivational interviewing
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Utilize crisis intervention skills to provide immediate support and stabilization to patients in crisis.
- Facilitate family therapy sessions, providing support and guidance to children and families.
- Participate in research projects and contribute to the development of new treatment strategies and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment, adhering to all relevant confidentiality and documentation standards.
Qualifications/ Required Experience:
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Active state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- At least 3 years of clinical experience in therapy required, including direct client interaction and various therapeutic modalities such as individual, group, and family therapy.
- Well-developed listening and interview skills to explore patient needs and administer treatment plans
- Strong verbal communication skills to counsel and advise patients
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective treatment plans
- Coaching skills to help patients make positive changes
