Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in California. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and support to individuals and families. Salary: $100,000 to $105,000 with full benefits

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs including anxiety and depression.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care for clients.
  • Advocate for clients and connect them with necessary resources and services.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality.

Required Education & License:

  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a mental health setting.
