Looking for a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team.

Role Description:

This role will work directly with patients, offering personalized psychosocial support and counseling to patients to reduce symptoms and improve quality of life. The LCSW will empower patients with the knowledge and tools to make lasting behavioral changes that will improve clinical outcomes and overall wellness. You’ll serve as one of our patients’ primary success partners, with responsibilities including: addressing member health questions, providing relevant educational resources, and fostering positive member accountability.

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 per year plus bonus

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather information about clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Provide evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused therapy.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including goals and interventions.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

What We Need:

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills.
