Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy to clients using evidence-based modalities tailored to their unique needs.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor progress throughout treatment.
• Offer teletherapy options to clients who prefer virtual sessions or face accessibility challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to meet ethical and regulatory standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical skills and stay up-to-date with emerging practices.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a valid state license and no disciplinary actions.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a healthcare, hospice, social service setting, case management, social advocacy, mental health, or family services agency is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical social work practice, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in computer usage and willingness to adapt to remote technology platforms.
