Looking for Full Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Employment: Full-time

Salary: $90,000 to $100,000

Plans for the treatment of patients in various Behavioral Health Services programs by utilizing community resources and understanding of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment. In order to satisfy the treatment requirements of patients receiving Behavioral Health Services, plans and oversees group and individual therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Alert management of issues by meeting regularly with director to review cases, reviewing clinical problems with director, and reviewing any staff problems with director.
• Direct and assign daily work of all behavioral health therapists, performing annual performance reviews and enforcing unit and personnel policies and procedures.
• Maintain daily records of clinical productivity in the program as instructed.
• Participate in the quality assurance and performance improvement activities of the program.
• Five years of clinical experience diagnosing and treating behavioral and psychiatric conditions required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work
• Active LCSW license
• 2 years of experience on an acute psychiatric service in a hospital setting.
• 2 years in a position that required participation on an Interdisciplinary Treatment Team
• California Clinical Social Worker License upon hire.
