Full Time Position as Licensed Clinical Social Worker
$90,000 - $100,000 per year and benefits
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a candidate that will practice cultural humility in providing services to the assigned clients for this position. As Social Worker, you will be working with adults, children, adolescents and their families in individual and a group format. Through our customized programs, and comprehensive global network of credentialed providers and professionals, we support individuals to become healthier, happier and more productive both personally and professionally.
Salary:$90,000 - $100,000 per year and benefits
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical counseling to assigned clients using Motivational Interviewing and cognitive behavioral techniques.
- Work as part of a clinical care team to provide integrated health care for clients.
- Provide support and counseling to client’s family and natural supports as appropriate.
- Be prepared to respond to client crisis as appropriate or needed.
- Work with clients and multidisciplinary team to develop a treatment plan and track progress in achieving goals.
- Complete other clinical paperwork in a timely and thorough manner.
- Keep records up to date and in compliance with WAC, Title XIX and agency requirements.
- Ensure that ethical and professional standards of practice are maintained.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Current licensure as an LCSW or equivalent.
- Must have at least 2 years of full-time experience in providing mental health services
- Ability to work independently, self-directed and highly organized
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
- Annual Salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 per year
