Looking for full time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Job Type: Full Time, Remote
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000

We will provide comprehensive outpatient behavioral health care to a variety of persons using the established standards of care within their scope of knowledge and practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess need for additional services with the clinical team to determine appropriateness of recommendations. Refers patients to other levels of care, community based self-help programs for recovery or other community social or human services as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to complete annual training needs assessment per program guidelines.
• Alert management of issues by meeting regularly with director to review cases, reviewing clinical problems with director, and reviewing any staff problems with director.
• Direct and assign daily work of all behavioral health therapists, performing annual performance reviews and enforcing unit and personnel policies and procedures.
• Maintain daily records of clinical productivity in the program as instructed.
• Participate in the quality assurance and performance improvement activities of the program.

Qualifications

• Minimum - master’s degree in social work – Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a medical setting such as primary or specialty care preferred.
• Must be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, social service providers, and consumers.
