Looking for a Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
We are seeking to hire a Social Worker to join our team. We provide exceptional therapeutic services in-person from our beautiful office space and online. Our clients are clinically and culturally diverse, high-functioning, and very rewarding to work with. You will play a pivotal role in providing counseling services, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining detailed clinical records. SALARY
$120,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform accurate assessment of the client’s presenting problem and plan effective treatment for that problem.
  • Ensure referral for appropriate behavioral health follow-up of any psychological disorders or symptoms requiring longer-term and/or medical/psychiatric intervention.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals and support staff
  • Stay current with best practices and ethical guidelines
  • Provide social work services to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate and facilitate patients
  • Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or a related field.
  • Current licensure in the state as LCSW.
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in providing counseling services to a diverse clientele
  • Anticipates and adopts new technology and provides feedback to drive innovation.
  • Ability to recognize, address and resolve conflicts in a professional, collaborative manner.
  • Knowledge and experience in crisis management
