SALARY

RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Counselor to join our team. As a counselor, you will provide therapy to clients, employing culturally competent approaches that embrace a holistic perspective to tackle mental health challenges. Your work will be pivotal in managing mental illness and promoting mental health through holistic techniques, with a focus on empowering individuals from diverse communities.
$100,000 to $105,000 per year with benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver culturally competent therapy to clients, integrating holistic healing techniques to manage mental illness and promote mental health.
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Collaborate with a diverse team to enhance cultural competency and provide effective therapy tailored to various cultural identities.
- Actively participate in supervision sessions to continually enhance cultural competence and improve client outcomes.
- Offer support, guidance, and advice to clients, empowering them to navigate challenges related to mental health and cultural identity.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Current licensure as LCSW or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience providing counseling services
- Proficiency in crisis management and cognitive behavioral therapy.
