Full Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker Available Position
SALARY:
$100,000 - $105,000 per year and benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is interested in providing individual therapy and group therapy to mental illness and substance use clients in a private outpatient clinic. We are comprised of a strong team of healthcare providers that offers evidence-based, best practice treatments and always have the client’s best interest in our minds. You will enjoy working with the motivated, appreciative and respectful clients.
SALARY:
$100,000 - $105,000 per year and benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Deliver therapy sessions and ensuring confidentiality and privacy for all clients
- Actively participate in conferences and related team-based meetings.
- Analyze information collected to determine diagnosis, treatment plan and/or advisability of counseling or referral to other specialists or institutions.
- Develop and implement therapeutic activities, such as group therapy and recreational activities
- Utilize the coaching model and natural environment teaching.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Current, valid and unrestricted license as LCSW in the state.
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities including, but not limited to time management and organizational skills
- Ability and willingness to be self-reflective and engaged in the supervisory and learning process.
- Must have 3 years of post-licensure experience.
