Position: Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Setting: 100% Remote: work from anywhere in the USA.

Salary:

• $120k to $130k a year plus benefits

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy to clients using evidence-based modalities tailored to their unique needs.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor progress throughout treatment.
• Offer teletherapy options to clients who prefer virtual sessions or face accessibility challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to meet ethical and regulatory standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical skills and stay up-to-date with emerging practices.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Master’s degree or higher in Social Work
• Active and valid Licensure as Social Worker in the State.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in clinical or mental health settings.
• No disciplinary actions.
• Must have exceptional interpersonal skills and sympathetic nature.
• Must be familiar with the latest developments in psychotherapy
