Looking for Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

We are currently seeking a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) to join our team, so if you have a passion for healthcare and want to make a difference in the community, our organization could be the opportunity you are looking for.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Performs intake and psychosocial assessments.
• Develops and presents treatment plans treatment team for recommendations, revisions, and approval.
• Participates in clinical case conferences.
• Conducts chemical dependency focused educational lectures.
• Provides general chemical dependency counseling to include individual and group counseling services.
• Provides case management services to include resource and referral coordination.

Qualifications:

• A master’s degree in social work (MSW) or related field is required.
• Active and current Pennsylvania State Licensure
• Minimum of two (2) years mental or clinical health setting.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, or EMDR.
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to develop personalized treatment plans.
