Job Type: Full-time, Remote

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual counseling sessions via telehealth, providing support to clients' mental health and well-being.
  • Utilize your expertise to assess clients' needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and implement effective interventions.
  • Advocate for clients and assist them in setting achievable goals for personal growth and development.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support, ensuring clients feel safe and understood.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in social work from an accredited program.
  • Current and Active LCSW licensure in California State
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a clinical setting,
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building authentic relationships.
