We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone who values a holistic approach to care and is eager to contribute to our center’s mission of providing exceptional support and resources to clients.

SALARY: $90,000 - $110,000 per year and benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to address emotional and behavioral issues.
• Develop and implement therapeutic programs that align with client goals.
• Maintain client records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in case consultations and contribute to team discussions on best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a valid LCSW license in the state.
• Must have experience working with older adults
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
