Atlantic Mental Health, PC is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team and support our mission of promoting wellness and positive mental health. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients and their families, utilizing your expertise to help them navigate challenges and achieve personal growth.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans to guide clients toward successful outcomes.
• Offer crisis intervention and emotional support during critical moments.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings to refine treatment approaches.
• Educate families on resources and provide tools for enhancing child development

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a valid LCSW license in the state.
• Must have experience working with older adults
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
