Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus full benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions focused on fostering resilience and personal growth.
• Collaborate with clients to set measurable treatment goals and monitor progress.
• Provide crisis management and intervention services to clients in distress.
• Participate in regular team meetings to enhance and coordinate care strategies.
• Educate clients and families on therapeutic resources and effective coping strategies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a valid LCSW license in the state.
• Must have experience working with older adults
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
