Atlantic Mental Health, PC is searching for a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team of professionals. You’ll play a key role in helping clients overcome obstacles and achieve personal growth by providing exceptional mental health services.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus a benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group therapy using evidence-based methods to guide clients in addressing their challenges.
• Develop treatment plans based on client needs and monitor progress.
• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues during team meetings to discuss and enhance care plans.
• Offer education and resources to families to support child development and family dynamics.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a valid LCSW license in the state.
• Must have experience working with older adults
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
